  • 30 day shred

    Oh hai there!

    I havent been updating too often.

    I've been a little busy, because I'm moving. (going to have my own room woot! :D)

    So!

    Today I'm starting the 30 day shred workout videos

    from Jillian Michaels. It's a 25 minute workout you have to do everyday

    it's very intense, and there's 3 levels. you're supposed to do each

    level for 10 days. I downloaded the DVD for free :P haha

    and hopefully I'll be shreding some more pounds :D

    I'll be happy with at least 7 more pounds [:

  • lost 7 pounds WOOT!

    thats right ladies :D

    I'm SOOO pleased and happy :D

     

     

    NOW

     

    how did i lose it?

     

    EATING 1000 CALS A DAY

    divide it into 5 meals.

    and thats ALL you have to DO.

    no starving yourself, no fasting for days..

     

    I did 30 minutes of exercise everyday.

     

    thats ALL.

    I'm now,

    131.2 pounds ladies ;D

  • Day 11 (following the 800 calorie diet :D)

    Well Im still doing my 800 calorie diet :D

    I dont want to weigh myself till next Wednesday 

    yeah.. I've been cheating here and there but just a little >.> <.<

    but for sure, I've had some mayor hunger pains

    and you eat soo little. and

    no in between snacks. thats a no-no on this diet

    you only eat 3 times a day.

    and and and i was going to go to the gym today. BUT

    stupid bitch BONNIE (tropical storm) had to arrive to florida ): so i couldnt go and i was stuck here all day long watching anorexia movies. ( i love them ♥)

    so today

    for breakfast I was supposed to eat:

    •  coffee and milk
    • a piece of toast with jelly (low fat) [but instead i had promise butter since i didnt have low fat jelly] 

    for lunch I was supposed to eat:

    • fish steak with 2 potato slices and a slice of cantaloupe or watermelon [I hate fish the only thing i tolerate is tuna..so i had like 75% of a little tuna can with a tea spoon of mayo] 

    Then I cheated and I ate like 4 crackers with cream cheese D: but but but it was because I was making cheese and guava empandas so I just had to eat a little cream cheese with crackers T_T soo good.

    well and for the record I havent been doing any exercise other than walking around the house

    and yesterday a 30-minute walk outside with my mom, because we had to go somewhere.

    blah.

    for dinner I'm supposed to have:

    •  fruit salad (exclude: bananas,grapes and anything with high sugar percentage) 

     

    and Well.. I'm going to have like half an empanada >.>  <.<

     

    ah I can hear the comments from here -_-. I know I'm a fatass ): fat cow with no self control...

  • Day (?) Something New!

    I'm going to try this new 800 calorie diet.

    that supposedly will make you lose around 7 pounds a week.

    It was recommended by an endocrinologist.

    My cousin told me about it. 

    You have to follow and eat what it says strictly.

    I will try it starting tomorrow.

    I bought most of the ingredients already!

    I'm stocked. Even though I will be very hungry -_-

    God forbid I binge ):

     

    If it works for me

    I'll show it to you girlies ♥

     

    Will post again in a few days to report any progress!

  • Day 07

    Let me start off by saying..

    I GOT A JOB :D

    yeeeeeeeeeee at publix :3

    my aunt's friend got it for me ♥

    Now I'm only waiting for the call

    so I can go and they can give me my schedule :3

    I'm stocked. its my first job! Man, I hope i don't screw up..

    On the other hand..

    Yesterday..yeah, I didnt do so well.

    me and my bf went to a buffet..

    and I ate alot ):

    and at night my dad made pizza and

    OBLIGATED ME to eat and i felt so bad

    I probably had like 2000 calories yesterday :/

    man do i feel like a pig...heart

  • Day 06 bleh

    Today my parents annoyed the shit out of me.

    my dad is SUCH a brat seriously.

    He gets mad at everything and is so strict

    my mom..ugh. she's fuckin annoying

    my plans got ruined.. me and my bf have been wanting to go see despicable me..

    but we never have a ride. my dad never wants to take me anywhere.

    UGH. Im so pissed. I dont really feel like blogging.

    I ate 2 big meals today.

    around like 1200 calories.

    and I went to the gym in the morning burned 500 calories.

     

    BLAH

  • Day 05

    I woke up soooo late today! D;<

    i had put my alarm for 8:50 and, I ended up falling back asleep (what else is new?)

    tomorrow I HAVE to go to the gym, I'll go to sleep at 10 pm today :3!

    Ahh! on another note;

    my parents bought me Yogurt ♥ FINALLY. delicious Yoplait <3

    GAH! only a month and a few days till school starts!

    I have to at least be at 125 pounds by then! 

    the pressure is too much ):

    I wanna be a size 3 in pants >_<. Jesus I've gotten so fat ):

    ugh i hate myself.

     

    (I always round my calories)

    INTAKE:

    Breakfast:

    coffee and milk with sugar: 50 cals?

    Snack:

    a lollipop -.- :60 cals

    Lunch:

    rice with mashed potatoes and meat loaf

    (mom made me eat >___________<): 450 calories? 

    Dinner:

    One yoplait yogurt ♥:110

    and around 2 liters of water throughout the whole day ♥

     

    670 cals consumed.


    OUTTAKE

    45 minutes of cardio work out

    with youtube videos.

    around 230 calories burned.

  • Day 04

    I stayed home the wholeeeee day.

    it rained -__- and i didnt do any exercise

    plus my brother's friend came over so

    I couldn't do exercise in the room.

    It's been a boring day.

     

     

    INTAKE

     Breakfast

    milk and coffee with sugar: 37 cals

    1 scrambled egg with sliced pieces of hot dog

    (1 link) + cooking oil : 200 cals.

    a toast : 80 Cals

    Snack:

    nada

    Lunch:

    1/2 cup of rice with like 12 seasoned fries and 

    tuna : 380 cals

    Snack:

    an apple : 60 cals

     

    757 cals consumed today. u.u

  • Day 03

     

    Woke up early to go to the gym! and it was raining

    but that didnt stop me~.

    So..Today I tried to fast the whole day,

    I hadn't done this in 2 years.

    I was able to fast till 5:30 pm

    and then i got hunger pains D:<

    AND! my friend Barbara had came back from Ecuador

    and she brought me candy.. great. -_-

    so i devoured like half of them :|

     my total INTAKE for today

    was around 300? 350? cals around there.

    OUTAKE

    I burned 400 calories in the elliptical heart

    and a few more because i went to publix with my mom

    walking and came back. so maybe 100 calories more

    500 cals burned.
