Well Im still doing my 800 calorie diet :D
I dont want to weigh myself till next Wednesday
yeah.. I've been cheating here and there but just a little >.> <.<
but for sure, I've had some mayor hunger pains
and you eat soo little. and
no in between snacks. thats a no-no on this diet
you only eat 3 times a day.
and and and i was going to go to the gym today. BUT
stupid bitch BONNIE (tropical storm) had to arrive to florida ): so i couldnt go and i was stuck here all day long watching anorexia movies. ( i love them ♥)
so today
for breakfast I was supposed to eat:
- coffee and milk
- a piece of toast with jelly (low fat) [but instead i had promise butter since i didnt have low fat jelly]
for lunch I was supposed to eat:
- fish steak with 2 potato slices and a slice of cantaloupe or watermelon [I hate fish the only thing i tolerate is tuna..so i had like 75% of a little tuna can with a tea spoon of mayo]
Then I cheated and I ate like 4 crackers with cream cheese D: but but but it was because I was making cheese and guava empandas so I just had to eat a little cream cheese with crackers T_T soo good.
well and for the record I havent been doing any exercise other than walking around the house
and yesterday a 30-minute walk outside with my mom, because we had to go somewhere.
blah.
for dinner I'm supposed to have:
- fruit salad (exclude: bananas,grapes and anything with high sugar percentage)
and Well.. I'm going to have like half an empanada >.> <.<
ah I can hear the comments from here -_-. I know I'm a fatass ): fat cow with no self control...
